I am becoming far less worried about getting into the top 10% of my class...
When talking to people in law school, lawyers, and anyone who thinks that they have a valid opinion, they'll say that A: law school is very difficult and B: that you have to be at the top of your class in order to accomplish anything after graduation. Understandably, that could make one nervous.
Well, I've stumbled upon a wonderful way to assure yourself that it won't be that hard: Joining, and occasionally reading, your class' Facebook page. Now, I don't suggest spending a great deal of time on it, God only knows what that will do to your braincells, but it's a nice pick-me-up when you're feeling down and/or stressed. The mindless prattle, the constant stream of the exact same question asked every few hours, the answers to those questions that give the most roundabout and labor-intensive means of solving the issue, despite the fact that it will take you right by the (obvious) means of getting to the easy solution, etc. Not to mention the variety of event invites that are specifically geared towards drinking (both official and not) which should help any non-drinker relax with the knowledge that a good chunk of their class are going to be coming to class with hangovers a few times a week.
So, any other new 1Ls, hopefully your school has setup a Facebook page so you, too, can realize your classmates are complete idiots.

RL Update
Okay, so, what's been happening in my life? A lot of depressing stuff, including getting into law school. My father is paying for the first two years of tuition (he has some really, really inaccurate views of what having a lawyer in the family will do for him), so it's a good way to put off paying my student loans for a bit.
I got an incredibly mediocre score on the LSAT (in my defense, I forgot when it was and only had 5 days to study lol), but with an MA (and a 3.8 from that program), it wasn't hard to get into Pitt Law. Hopefully I'll be doing International Law, though that means I'll have to brush up on my French.
I'll probably be tracking some of that here. As well as my trials and tribulations with the horrible apartment I rented in Shadyside that was still the best of many I looked at.
On top of that, I'll hopefully be having a blogsale (mostly makeup) in a few weeks. And taking some cooking lessons. So I'll be updating with that stuff. All the blogs on law school say that during your first year you don't have time to do much, so get it done before starting.
